DeliveryDISPATCH TIMES Most orders are dispatched by next working day. Larger orders can take up to 3 working days. Some assembly items may take a little longer. SHIPPING RATES Our UK shipping rates are based on weight. Some larger items may also incur a surcharge due to shipping restrictions. Usually parcels under 2kgs will be dispatched by Royal Mail and all other deliveries by courier. Please note that deliveries to Ireland, Scottish Highlands and UK Islands may incur a surcharge. Please contact us if you require a carriage quotation.

COLLECTION IN PERSONWe are happy for you to collect your goods from our premises in person or arrange for your own courier to collect on your behalf. Please wait for confirmation that goods are ready to collect. This is usually next working day but larger orders and assembly items can take a little longer. Preferred collection times 9am - 12.30pm Monday to Thursday. Outside of these hours by appointment only.Loading equipment is on hand subject to availability of trained operators. Please note there are no cash or card payment facilities on site.
